Employees at the ASU Sun Devil Fitness Complex work to enhance the ASU experience by providing programs, services and facilities that promote healthy lifestyles, build community and enable student success.

We are focused on creating a positive work environment that provides developmental opportunities for employees.  Employees are expected to be leaders in ASU community engagement and to model healthy behaviors. 

Also, we focus on creating a work environment that enhances and encourages growth and development opportunities for all areas of study.  Successful SDFC employees will have developmental opportunities including taking on leadership positions as well as promotional opportunities.

The Sun Devil Fitness complex is looking for students to act as ambassadors for the SDFC and throughout ASU.  This includes promoting school spirit, wearing gold on Fridays, participating in activities related to ASU, promoting activities and events, encouraging support of and attending ASU events, as well as helping the SDFC reflect ASU pride to participants. 

There are four state of the art Sun Devil Fitness facilities, one at each ASU location in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.  All four facilities are a part of Arizona State University’s Educational Outreach and Student Services (EOSS).

EOSS is focused on helping students get the most out of their ASU experience and encourages students to live The Sun Devil Way.

• Achievement: Realizing and taking action to advance academic and personal-growth goals using university resources. 
• Engagement: Developing leadership skills by becoming an active member of the ASU community and contributing to community life; participating in and contributing to the traditions of the university.
• Responsibility: Making a positive impact on the ASU community through responsible decision-making, developing and living a healthy lifestyle, upholding a high level of academic integrity and adhering to the Student Code of Conduct; demonstrate citizenship and contribute as a productive member of the greater community.
