Sun Devils are Well Devils

ASU’s Sun Devil Fitness enhances the ASU experience by providing programs, services and facilities that promote healthy lifestyles, build community and enable student success. Sun Devil Fitness offers a variety of recreation, fitness and sport opportunities that include intramurals, group fitness, personal training, sport clubs and instructional classes. All of these programs welcome new participants each session. Get involved and get connected! As a current ASU student, you are already a member of Sun Devil Fitness. All students who pay the appropriate recreation and facility fees through their tuition have access to Sun Devil Fitness facilities on all four campuses by simply showing their ASU ID card. Come join us at the SDFC to start your successful healthy journey!

Live Well @ ASU empowers the Sun Devil community to achieve a healthy lifestyle through four foundational elements: Live, Feel, Learn and Engage. Each element helps you build your best you by contributing to your physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being. The information, resources and involvement opportunities found in each element are designed to positively impact you academic performance, personal well-being and assist you in reaching your full potential.

Improve and maintain your physical well-being by making healthy choices on a daily basis — from staying active and eating healthy to better sleep and routine health care, you can make the healthy choice.
Your emotional, mental and spiritual well-being matter. Accept your feelings as true and uniquely yours, even when it hurts. Your feelings are not in control, only you are. Make the best choices you can and ask for help when you need it.
Your mind is naturally curious. Learn something new every day and allow yourself to see the world as full of learning opportunities to elevate your health as well as society’s.
Engage in conversations and experiences with diverse individuals and groups. Build connections of trust, create memories, and strive to ensure everyone succeeds.

Need help with improving your wellbeing?
Join Commit to be Well and partner with a Health and Wellness Coach trainee to create self-directed lasting changes aligned with your wants and values to enhance your well-being. All students, faculty and staff can apply.
Incentives: Participants of this 8-week program will receive free health coaching, nutrition consultations, personal training assessments, support groups, connections to student wellness organization, and more.
