Camp Registration and Cost

Registration

  • Registration starts for RETURNING FAMILIES, Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 7 a.m..
  • Registration for ALL FAMILIES begins Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 7 a.m.
  • Registration will continue until a session starts or has reached capacity of 80.
  • Register at the Sun Devil Fitness Complex admin desk.
  • After March 21st, registration is open Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • We are working on implementing an online registration system.  Please check back before March 20th for further updates on this new process or if registration date is at a later date.
  • All registration materials must be complete before a camper can be registered for any session. No birth certificate needed.
  • If a session is filled, your child may be placed on a waiting list, but must have a completed registration form on file. No deposit is necessary to be placed on the waiting list.

Camp Fees

  • To reserve a spot, a deposit of $35 per child is required, per camper, for each season. The deposit will be deducted from the balance for each session.
  • Parents/guardians must have either a deposit or full payment completed by Friday the week prior to the start of each upcoming session to guarantee a spot for that upcoming week.
  • Full payment must be received by Monday at 9 a.m. of each session (full payment will be due by Wednesday, May 23 for session 1).
  • Parents are urged to pay in advance of this date if possible, as we only have one register to take payments on Monday mornings.  Any additional or remaining balances can be taken by the admin desk staff any time during camp hours at the Polytechnic Sun Devil Fitness Complex.
  • Please note that a $10 late fee will be assessed if payment is not made the first Monday of each session by 9 a.m.
  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • At the time of registration, parents/guardians may also choose to pay the full amount of each session.
  • Camp fees are per session, per child and cannot be discounted for individual days.
  • All prices are subject to change.
  • Cash, check or Discover/Diner's Club/American Express/VISA/MasterCard may be used (no ASU payroll deduction).

  • For every five weeks paid in full, you will receive a $100 discount on the fifth week (this is only available for Full Day registrations)!
  • Sessions do not have to be consecutive.

ASU faculty and staff members may join the Sun Devil Fitness Complex for $100 for the summer. Affiliates of ASU may join the Sun Devil Fitness Complex for $125 for the summer.  Families must have an active SDFC summer membership to get the membership pricing. ASU payroll deduction may be used for Sun Devil Fitness Complex memberships, but cannot be used for camp fees. Registration Fee

All families will be charged a one-time-only $10 fee per child or $15 per family (if enrolling multiple campers) at the time of registration.
No refunds on registration fees.
