Qi Gong

Qi is the life force energy contained in all elements in the world, permeating everywhere in nature and in the human body. Gong means work, practice, or the process and the proficiency of a practice that requires patience and repetition. Together, Qi Gong strengthens the body, develops flexibility, and improves balance and stamina. Practiced regularly, Qi Gong has positive effects on all bodily systems including cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, immune, and nervous systems.
