Personalized classes, workshops, information sessions, tours, how-to’s, etc. for your organization. Personal trainers, yoga instructors, group fitness instructors or nutritionists will create unique material and information for your group.
Small group training offers an opportunity to explore a different dimension of fitness by combining group fitness classes and personal training.
Sign up with a group or as an individual. No prior fitness knowledge or experience is required. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

We are not offering small group courses at this time, For individuals, check out our semi-private classes. For groups, submit a Squad up request to get a class just for your group.
