Fitness Experience: I have a wide range of fitness experience. I have always been extremely active. I began playing sports at a young age. In high school I focused on tennis and weight lifting. Now, I am more focused on endurance training. I am a competitive cyclist and I race for the ASU cycling team. I also have experience in triathlons. Currently, I spend a few hours in the gym a week strength training and six training sessions a week on the bike.
Fitness Philosophy: Everyone can find an enjoyable form of exercise and activity to fit their lifestyle. Fitness is very important and can enrich your life so much. It has truly made my life so much better, and I want others to feel the same love for exercise and fitness that I have. Fitness Experience: My background is in competitive athletics. I was played collegiate football, and was also involved in basketball and track & field for most of my life. Now that sports are behind me, I enjoy cycling, swimming, running and weight lifting to stay fit.

I have a lot of experience in weight training, as well as endurance training. I am currently in the Army/National Guard and completed basic and advanced individual training. I have been personal training for three years and have turned my passion of staying fit into a job I enjoy!

Fitness Experience: I have had a very athletic background, specializing in ice hockey. I played at an elite level of junior hockey in Canada for four years, and then I earned a scholarship to play NCAA (Division 3) hockey at Marian University Wisconsin before transferring to Arizona State. I have worked with a wide variety of clients, ranging from young people to seniors, and everything in between. I have four years of experience as a personal, small group and team trainer. I am very passionate about personal training!
