Chen Taijiquan


Reinvigorate your stem cells. Training that takes a lifetime to master; reaps a lifetime of benefits. The focus of the class will be the introductory exercises of Silk Reeling and Standing Post, as well as the first few postures of the traditional long form of Chen Style Taijiquan (aka t’ai chi ch’uan). Returning students will go further in the form.
