Introduction to Traditional Karate

Learn traditional Shotokan Karate, one of the most recognized Japanese Martial Arts. Class will emphasize self-defense techniques and physical fitness. Student will learn how to effectively Kick, Punch, Block and Strike while increasing strength and stamina. (H.I.I.T.) High Intensity Interval Training.
