Adult Group Classes

Group lessons will consist of eight one-hour classes per session.

In order to better suit the needs of our swimmers we have separated swim lessons into multiple levels.  Each level will build upon skill learned in previous levels. In each level instructors will discuss motivations, interests and needs with participants to create an effective lesson plan for the class. They will also take into consideration the participants’ past experiences, current goals and physical characteristics to introduce basic to advanced swimming skills.
