Adult Group Classes

Swim lessons are not just for learning how to swim! We offer lessons that cater to every skill level, whether its learning the basics of swimming or training for an event like a triatlon. We aim to tailor our lessons to meet individual needs.

Group lessons will consist of eight one-hour classes per session that meet twice per week for four weeks. Make-up lessons will be scheduled for those times when lessons have to be cancelled due to inclement weather or a building closure. Make-up lessons will not be scheduled on an individual basis. Due to current Covid regulations on campus, only current ASU students and staff with a Sun Devil Fitness Complex membership may participate in the swim lesson program.
