Adult Group Classes

Swim lessons are not just for learning how to swim! We offer lessons that cater to every skill level, whether it's learning the basics of swimming or training for an event like a triathlon. We aim to tailor our lessons to meet individual needs.

Group lessons will consist of eight one-hour classes per session that meet twice per week for four weeks. Make-up lessons will be scheduled for those times when lessons have to be cancelled due to inclement weather or a building closure. Make-up lessons will not be scheduled on an individual basis.

Sessions are based around your schedule and instructors are chosen to fit your specific needs. Private lessons will be available upon the re-opening of the Sun Devil Fitness Complex.
