Getting a fitness assessment is a great way to understand your current fitness level and track your progress in an effort to help you meet your fitness goals. Assessments are recommended prior to beginning an exercise program and throughout the progression of your exercise routine.

InBody Body Composition Assessment

Go beyond the scale with our InBody non-inasive composition analysis that provides a detiled breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat and water. This test will run from 15 - 120 seconds and is admintered by a Personal Trainer. Additionally you will have a 20-30min consutltion with the personal teriner about the results of the test along with addtional goal setting and fitness education.
