Getting a fitness assessment is a great way to understand your current fitness level and track your progress in an effort to help you meet your fitness goals. Assessments are recommended prior to beginning an exercise program and throughout the progression of your exercise routine..

InBody Body Composition Assessment

Go beyond the scale with our InBody non-inasive composition analysis that provides a detiled breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat and water. This test will run from 15 - 120 seconds and is administered by a Personal Trainer. Additionally you will have a 20-30min consutltion with the personal teriner about the results of the test along with additional goal setting and fitness education.

  • $30 for Faculty/Staff/Affiliate members
  • Included with the purchase of five or more personal training sessions.

Comprehensive Fitness Assessment

This is an overall fitness assessment that will help you learn how your fitness level compares with the national standard. These numbers will also help you set fitness goals and show you where you may need to improve based on your fitness level.

Includes:

  • Height
  • Weight
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • InBody Body Composition 
  • Submax VO2 Testing
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Muscular Strength
  • Flexibility

Cost:

  • $25 for Students
  • $40 for Faculty/Staff/Affiliate members
