The personal training program provides students, faculty and staff at all ASU locations with the motivation, education, guidance and individual instruction required to achieve their personal fitness goals. Sun Devil Fitness personal trainers are nationally certified and will design a tailored exercise program for each individual.

Trainers will work with clients to create a program, based on fitness level and experience that will help meet the client’s goals and deliver results!

We offer two differnt ways to work with a personal trainer

  • Semi-Private Training
    • Ideal for clients looking to improve their fitness, body composition, muscular strength, and overall health
    • Custom program built around your specific goals and exercise history
    • Train during a variety offered times with up to 3 other clients
    • Train up to 4 times/week for a single monthly fee (as low as $8/session)
    • Exclusive access to the ATZ training room that was designed to maximize client success
  • One on One Training
    •  Work individually with a personal trainer
    • Scheudle sessions based on your personal availability
    • Ideal for someone with specific performance or health related goals
    • Pay for each session that you do with a trainer
