Improve health, reduce anxiety and stress and increase self-confidence.

  • Strengthens upper body, legs and abdomen
  • Opens chest
  • Stretches neck, shoulder and back muscles
  • Stimulates the thyroid and parathyroid glands
  • Activates abdominal organs
  • Soothes the nervous system

This 2 hour class will include discussion, an asana practice followed by a stress release exercise.
