Build Your Best You

Live Well @ ASU empowers the Sun Devil community to achieve a healthy lifestyle through four foundational elements: Live, Feel, Learn and Engage. Each element helps you build your best you by contributing to your physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being. The information, resources and involvement opportunities found in each element are designed to positively impact you academic performance, personal well-being and assist you in reaching your full potential.

live
Improve and maintain your physical well-being by making healthy choices on a daily basis — from staying active and eating healthy to better sleep and routine health care, you can make the healthy choice.
feel
Your emotional, mental and spiritual well-being matter. Accept your feelings as true and uniquely yours, even when it hurts. Your feelings are not in control, only you are. Make the best choices you can and ask for help when you need it.
learn
Your mind is naturally curious. Learn something new every day and allow yourself to see the world as full of learning opportunities to elevate your health as well as society’s.
engage
Engage in conversations and experiences with diverse individuals and groups. Build connections of trust, create memories, and strive to ensure everyone succeeds.

Senior Send-Off: Devils in Depth style

“Devils in Depth” is a project that gets down to earth and captures the diversity of Arizona State’s student population. We engage in conversations with students in an effort to learn more about their passions and get a feel for who they really are. Then we ask them their thoughts on a central theme. This week we sat down with our seniors to ask them about their time at the SDFC and what they’ll do following graduation. Read More

Hot Seat: Detox teas
Welcome to, “Hot Seat” where we take topics in health and fitness and figuratively put them on the hot seat to distinguish fact from myth. I hope you all learn something from this series and continue to read up on all of them as they come out. Do detox teas actually work? Are they good for you? Let’s put detox teas on the hot seat and figure it out.
