Devils Adapt
Devils Adapt is a student-led training program designed to enhance the physical strength, mobility, and resilience of adaptive athletes. This structured 9-12 week program includes group training sessions three times a week, focusing on progressive fitness goals and skill development.
Beyond the gym, participants engage in team-building activities such as rock climbing, bowling, and escape rooms, fostering camaraderie and motivation. The program culminates in a celebratory graduation event and trip, recognizing the hard work and achievements of each athlete.
