It’s Family Weekend, so why not have your family compete with you or root you on to victory! The Gold Rush is a fun-filled obstacle course built to inspire all Sun Devils to run, walk, climb, jump, and laugh their way to an unabashed sense of triumph!  To get you ready the SDFC is hosting weekly workouts at all locations that will help you walk, run, crawl your way to victory!

Cost: $10

Deadline to Register: September 21, 2018

Start time: approximately 7a.m.

Race Location: Sun Devil Fitness Complex – Tempe – Intramural fields

Course Details: A fun 2-3 mile course around parts of the ASU Tempe campus with 5 obstacles* and 3 mini-challenges to complete along the way. *Accomodations and modifications will be made for each obstacle.

Once you register, you will get access to all the fun workouts each week at every campus location.  Sign up now! You don't want to miss it!

Each campus will host multiple opportunities for you to get active as a team, or just with a group of friends or other gold rushers! Join us each week for our digital workouts for you to do in you residence hall, at a park, or anywhere of your choosing. Then, once per week all rushers are invited to join us for a Gold Rush workout on campus (schedule coming soon). Throughout the weeks leading up to the big day there will be opportunities to get active in unique ways too. Join us for a hike, yoga in the park, or a game of soccer on the intramural fields to meet other gold rushers and have some fun.

Finishers Recieve:

• Awards will be given for: fastest college, most spirited team, top individual times, etc
